Santa is up-sizing his home! teaser

Santa is looking at upsizing his location and has attributed the move due to the North Pole’s growing elf population, which was up by 5.7% from the same time last year.

Santa’s current house has been listed on Zillow in the U.S.A. The “Off market” price is estimated to be worth $656,957 = $892,247AUD, The home was built in 1822 and is on a whopping 25 Acres, which features Santa’s Toy Workshop, Reindeer Stables, River-rock Fireplace, Garaged Sleigh Parking and a “bakers dream” Gourmet Kitchen. The log cabin offers old world charm with modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation.

The new location of the elves workshop (still in the North Pole) is on the same block of land as Santa and Mrs Claus’ new home and the new toy workshop is rumoured to be outfitted with all of the latest tools & machinery for all of the elves to streamline their productivity and increase their output of toys/gifts for all of the Nice Children, Santa didn’t wish to confirm that the large rickety old shed at the edge of his new property is dedicated for those on the naughty list, though we’ve had some reports of sightings, of large mounds of coal being delivered to the run-down old shed.

Santa mentioned that “the elves are a very happy & hard working bunch. I could say that there have been a lot of new Elves being brought into this world due to the likes of some cheeky few who have ‘spiced’ the egg nog”. Mr Claus added “the Christmas spirit has been heavily influenced…ho ho ho[as his belly jiggled like jelly]”

We took the opportunity to ask Santa which treats Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner and Blitzen + Rudolph prefer? To which he simply replied “Have the children ask their parents or guardians…they will know” as he departed us with a smile and a wink from one eye.
